Pro Media Design accepts VISA and MasterCard.
 
What is an initial design?
Initial design or concept is our way of envisioning your logo or website based on the specifications that you provided for us when you ordered a product. If you have very specific ideas or even sketches, then we recommend that you select a package that offers you 2 or 4 initial designs. If you have very limited ideas for us, then we recommend that you select a package that offers you 6 initial designs. Initial designs/concepts are normally delivered in 72 hours or less, not including weekends and holidays.
 
What is a revision?
Revisions are small changes requested by the customer on the design. Revision turnaround time is normally 48 hours or less, not inlcuding weekends and holidays.
 
How long does it take to get my logo/website?
Final delivery of your logo could take one to three weeks, depending on how many revisions you will be using during the design process.

For example if you use two revisions, then the timeline of your design process should be: initial design received in 72 hours, two revisions received in 48 hours each. That means that the process on our end took (3+2+2) seven business days. This timeline does not include the time that you take between revisions to provide us with your input and changes.
 
How long does it take to receive my printing product?
You can order printing products by uploading your own design, using your artwork from a previous order, or even have us design it for you.

If you order a printing product with a design service from Pro Media Design, then we must first complete the design process. Each printing product has different design fee. Select your product and product options and click continue to review our design fee.

The design could take one to three weeks depending how many revisions you will submit during the design phase.

Once the you approve a design, we will submit your order for printing. This could take three to five business days depending on workload.

Your order includes free ground shipping which will take another five to seven business days.

Overall you should receive your product in approximately two weeks if there is no design needed. Or in approximately three to five weeks if you also ordered design service.
 
How does the design process work?
When you place your order we ask that you provide your design specifications. This information will allow us to get started on a design for your business. The more detailed information you provide for us the better design we can create for you.

After receiveing your order you will receive your initial designs within 72 hours by email. Depending on what design we work on this could be an attachment or a link.

When you receive your initial design concepts, please review them and let us know which one you select to go forward with.

Please note that once you accept one of the initial designs you will not be able to get a refund. Please read our refund policy at the bottom of the page.

When you selected the initial design that you would like to keep, then we start the revision process. In this phase we already have a general idea what the logo will look like and we are fine tuning the layout, color scheme and fonts used on the design

Each time you request a revision, we ask for a 48 hour turnaround to complete the changes. Once the changes have been applied to the design, we send them a new copy to review.

When you determine that the design is complete, we will send out the final artwork in several file format for you.

Final logo and printing product design will arrive in zipped format that contains jpg, gif, tiff, pdf, ai and psd files.

Final website design will be uploaded on your server as a fully functional website and we will also email you all your source files in a zipped format.
 
What is your refund policy?
In the highly unlikely event where you're not satisfied with our work you may be able to get a partial refund on your order. Please review our refund policy for each product and service.

REFUND ON LOGO DESIGN
You may request a partial refund only before you accepted any of the initial designs that we provided for you. The amount of the refund is less of the price you paid for the logo design order.

REFUND ON WEBSITE DESIGN
You may request a partial refund only before you accepted any of the initial designs that we provided for you. The amount of the refund is 75% of the total price of the website design order. This refund is only for flat fee priced website design. If you have purchased a custom website or database development, please review the order contract.
